At Cornell Plantations, the rhododendron and azalea garden knoll is at its pink, white, and purple peak. We can continue with a stroll through the rest of the botanical gardens and add a loop around Beebe Lake or other trails as we choose. A pavilion near the rhododendrons makes a nice spot to stop for a rest and snack, while the welcome center offers shelter if we need to wait out a shower.
