Mid-Atlantic Region

We hail from the DMV - the District, Maryland and Virginia - and will travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Shenandoah Mountains in search of good biking, hiking and kayaking. Started in 2009, our growing chapter of Women Outdoors is always looking for a good adventure.
