Mid-Atlantic Region

We hail from the DMV - the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia - as well as Delaware and Pennsylvania. We'll travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Shenandoah Mountains in search of hiking, biking, kayaking, camping and other various and sundry escapades. Started in 2009, our growing chapter of Women Outdoors is always looking for a good adventure.
