Workflow emails: Membership renewal notices, event registration confirmations, etc. Event announcements: Advance announcements about upcoming events. Email blasts: Mass emails from administrators, newsletters and other important notifications. Note that when clicking on the Unsubscribe link in an event email, you will no longer receive any emails about ANY upcoming national or regional events that are managed in our calendar event module. We do not rent, sell, exchange or share our email lists or any personal information about our members with any other organization. |
Additional NotesPhone/TextYour phone number may be used by your regional contact to communicate directly with you via phone or text about region activities or membership renewals, or by the Gathering or Craftsbury team about your registration. Sharing Your InformationYou can edit your privacy settings in your profile. Our admins will have access to all of your personal information, but for each item in your profile, you can limit them to no-one or members only, or give access to anybody. Links PolicyOur site has links to several web sites that may be of interest to our members, such as other outdoor clubs and organizations.
