Please join us on Saturday, November 7, 2015 for a pumpkin pancake breakfast (optional) and after a hike around the beautiful lake at Beaver Lake Nature Center. The breakfast cost between $3 -$5 and it's between 9 am to noon. Let's meet at 11 am at the center and those that wish to partake on the breakfast will and those that do not can explore the inside of the center. After, we will head out and take a stroll along the 3 mile lake loop trail with nearly 3/4 of a mile of boardwalk which lets you immerse yourself in a variety of wetlands. There is also a guided walk at 2 pm entitled Waterfowl. Those interested will need to register at the center.
Located just 15 minutes northwest of Syracuse, New York, in Baldwinsville, Beaver Lake Nature Center offers 9 miles of trails. The winding trails are designed to be enjoyed in all seasons. All the trails are well marked and flat for the most part. There is a $4 admission per vehicle which is paid when leaving the park.
