Every quarter Women Outdoors members (of our national organization) gather to plan our activities for the coming quarter. During the warmer months, we meet outdoors at a park or a member’s back yard. And we always include a fun outdoor activity to reward ourselves after our hard work.

Our planning meetings are always a great opportunity to learn more about Women Outdoors, to meet our members, and to have some fun. Recently we’ve met in the Rochester and Syracuse areas, so we’re back to a central location at the LNB Bank in Seneca Falls.

We’ll start off learning more about Women Outdoors, and then put together the calendar for our Spring events. Lunch will be around noon or 12:30. Afterwards we’ll head out for either a visit to the Women’s Rights National Park in Seneca Falls (note, they are not offering tours now due to understaffing, but we can tour on our own) or to a hike on the Sculpture trail along the Seneca/Cayuga canal. We can split into two groups if there is interest in both activities.

The meeting portion will take place in the community conference room in the branch of Lyons National Bank in Seneca Falls. We’ll have available to us a microwave and frig, and teleconferencing tools. We’ll provide chicken for lunch, but please bring a side-dish, appetizer, or dessert to share.

Bring: Dish to pass, water bottles, your calendars, ideas, and enthusiasm. Don’t forget your calendar.  Note: The sculpture trail might be wet and muddy. Optional: camera, hiking sticks. Dress appropriately for the weather.

Bank Address: 2433 State Route 414, Waterloo, NY 13165  I'll send directions with a map when you RSVP.

This free event is open to members and non-members of Women Outdoors. Non-members are invited to join us on two events to see what you think. The third time's a charm - we'll ask you to join Women Outdoors at that point. You can join now by clicking on Join Us.
