Join us for a winter doggie walk at Greenbelt Park, an urban oasis in suburban Greenbelt, MD. Acquired by the National Park Service in 1950, Greenbelt Park offers several miles of walking trails, picnic areas and camping.
We'll walk about 5 miles on the Perimeter Trail of the park. All dogs must be on leash at all times. If it's warm enough, we'll have a picnic lunch in one of the picnic areas.
This free event is open to members and non-members of Women Outdoors. Non-members are invited to join us on two events. The third time's the charm: we'll ask you to join Women Outdoors at that point. You can also join now by clicking on this Join Us link.
Registration closes on Friday, Jan. 19. Please include a telephone number in case we need to let you know about last minute changes or if we need to cancel because of the weather. We'll send an email on Jan. 19 or 20 to all registrants with the details and directions for the hike.
