Dog Days of August Walk
Two legs, four legs, tails or no tails, join us for a fun little walk.
Registration is closed
Bring your furry four-legged friend for our Dog Days of August walk. We're planning a nice easy walk through
Patuxent Research Refuge
. The refuge supports a wide variety of wildlife in forest, meadow and wetland habitats. Dogs must be kept on leash.
After our walk, we'll have a picnic at the refuge and maybe check out the
National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center
.
This free event is open to members and non-members of Women Outdoors. Non-members are invited to join us on two events before we ask you to join Women Outdoors. You can join now be clicking on this Join Us link.
Registration closes on Thursday, August 4. Please include a telephone number in case we need to let you know about last minute changes or if we need to cancel because of the weather.
Thanks.
