Join Bev for this hike
Walk at Pleasant Valley Preserve, Saturday 9/19 9:30 am with Bev. A cool but dry, sunny morning is expected! This is a beautiful site but does have a few longer steep ascents and descents. Plan 2 hours and maybe 3 miles. Bring water, wear good hiking shoes and poles if you like those, for hills. Binoculars for birds might be useful. I suggest dress in layers because you will warm up on the hills. We will start with the red trail- see map below and then maybe add the blue trail and orange trail. Lots of different habitats here with fields, dense woods and swampy areas and ponds.
