Come experience this moving meditation. Get energized with this easy to follow routine, suitable for all fitness levels. Increase vitality, sooth frayed nerves and encourage stagnate energy to flow. You will leave invigorated and balanced.

We will begin with introduction/meet/greet at 7pm
Practice QiGong for about 30 minutes
Concluding with a 15 min follow up Q&A.
