Join us for a fun adventurous walk/hike thru the Gully riverbed with its endless waterfalls and cool off!

Total trail length is 2.6 miles, with a 610 foot elevation gain, out and back.

According to All trails.com, this is generally a challenging route. However, the plan is to walk as far as we can without having to climb ropes. There are some walking trails alongside the gully but not all the way. The gully is generally shaded this time of year.

Bring:

  • Non-slip water shoes, yax trax or exospikes if you have.
  • Hiking poles may be useful, but also might be a hindrance in that your hands won’t be available for grabbing, if needed. Perhaps bring just one pole, or ones that can fold easily and be stowed away.
  • Quick dry clothing, sunscreen, bug spray.
  • Recommended: camera, lunch or snack, hat

Dogs are welcome on leash.

Large lot - no parking fees.

There are NO restrooms.

Meet at the Conklin Gully Trailhead.

Address will be in your registration confirmation email.

Please refrain from attending if you have recently been ill or have COVID-like symptoms.

The automatic confirmation email is the only email you will receive about this event. Be sure and save it or print it out.
