Come join Pam, trail name "Birthday Girl," for a talk on her experience of hiking the whole Appalachian Trail in sections in 2022 and 2023. Birthday Girl will share a bit about her background, previous adventures, why she decided to hike the AT, how she prepared, how she navigated health issues, and what it was like to finally get out and reach her goal of hiking the whole trail.
