Slow Poke Bike Ride

Join us for a leisurely bike ride along the Sligo Creek bike path from Takoma Park, MD to Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, MD.  This will be a mostly flat, out-and-back bike ride of about eight miles each direction.  We'll lock our bikes and walk around Brookside Gardens for a little while to see what's in bloom.  Bring water and a snack or lunch. You must also have a bike helmet and wear closed toe shoes on this ride. 

This is free event is open to members and non-members of Women Outdoors Mid-Atlantic.  Non-members are invited to join us on two events before we ask you to join Women Outdoors.
