Stump Sprouts (www.stumpsprouts.com) is located in the Berkshires in West Hawley, MA. Stump Sprouts is a cross country ski lodge in the winter. Rooms are shared; participants bring their own bedding.
The lodge is used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and board games. There is a barn for other indoor games: ping-pong, pool etc.
You can hike (long or short), bike, hang out, take photos, sketch, relax, play games or go on an excursion below. Hiking, biking, and walking trails are near by.
Possible excursions: Edith Wharton’s home, Emily Dickinson’s home, and Mass MoCA (Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art).
Price includes 6 meals and two nights stay. No charge for laughter and fun. Cost is $149 + 6% tax. First come first served. Hope to see you there.
